Measure LogLicense
Measure Log is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple’s EULA controls.
Measurements are estimates
Camera, photo, ruler and level readings depend on your device, lighting, surfaces, calibration and how the tools are used. They are provided for convenience and planning only. Always verify critical measurements with a physical measuring tool before cutting, building, ordering or making safety decisions. Do not use Measure Log where an error could cause injury or damage.
Your content
Entries, photos and notes you create belong to you and are stored on your iPhone. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and for content you choose to share with others.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the app or this website unlawfully, or try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse them beyond what the law allows.
Disclaimer and liability
The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Neue School is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on measurements. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Third-party services
Optional features use Apple services such as Apple Maps, the photo picker and sharing. Those services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
